BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Paul has been playing broomball since his freshman year of college (2004). A visit to the Nebraska-Lincoln campus from USA Broomball inspired him to get a team together for the 2009 National Championships. Later that year, he would help form the University of Nebraska Club team, which is still in existence today. After graduation, Paul moved to Washington, DC where hewas just as excited to play broomball in a league as he was to start my career in weather. As one to never stand by and simply watch, his roles in the league and program grew over the years. From player, to statistician, to highlight guy, to referee, and eventually commissioner. He has since moved from DC, but picked up in about the same spot with the Omaha program. Paul looks forward to being on the USBA Board of Directors to help make the next steps for the organization to keep growing the game. As someone who has helped lead two different programs, he understandsthe difficulties smaller programs go through to maintain their player base and grow the game at the local level. Look for Paul to devise strategies to aid smaller programs that are struggling to keep afloat. Additionally, he’s excited to help USBA organize the best national championships that draw interest from the top programs in the country, and offer a level of competitiveness to the more casual programs.
